Zaporizhzhia State Medical University is one of the oldest and Top Medical Universities of Ukraine. It is situated on the picturesque bank of the river Dnieper, the biggest river of Europe. Its history comes back to the Women Pedagogic courses organized in Odessa in 1903. In 1973, the elementary faculty of international students was inaugurated.
University has always been focused on the aim of providing higher medical education for the specialist’s, bachelor’s, master’s degrees, as well as postgraduate training in an internship, mastership, postgraduate study, residency and refresher courses of physicians and pharmacists.
The degrees offered by the university are globally recognized by Indian and International Regulatory bodies like UNESCO, MCI, etc. and enlisted with WDOMS, also the tuition fees for all these degrees are quite feasible. The Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv was established in the year 1834 in the capital city of Ukraine. The University is also known as Shevchenko University. The University ranks at third position after Lviv and the University of Kharkiv in the list of oldest universities in Ukraine.
Initially, the University was known as Kyiv Imperial University of Saint Vladimir, and since then the name has been changed several times.
In the year 2009, the University was accredited with the status of a self-governing (autonomous) body in the department of research at the national higher educational institution, by the combined decision of the Cabinet Ministers of Ukraine.
